This Ethiopian comes from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the Shakiso district in the Guji Zone. This farm is family owned and has really come into its own over the years and you can tell.

This cup has a fantastic floral aroma with notes of blueberry at this lighter roast. This cup gives a pleasant full body with a blueberry, vanilla floral scent. A medium acidity can be experienced with this cup and the fruit notes tend to grow as the cup cools.
