Want a truly unique experience? This bourbon aged Brazil gives just that. The Brazil on it’s own stands with wonderful notes of cocoa and raisin, but add in the bourbon and you get beautiful oak, fruit and caramel tones coming to the top. This is truly a one of a kind coffee.

Many “Bourbon” flavored coffees are artificially flavored using oils and other products post roast, at Resolute, we do it the hard way. We rest our greens in a freshly dumped oak bourbon barrel for 10 days and then we let the beans rest for a short while. After they have rested, we roast them using a profile that took us almost a full year to develop due to the complexity of the process of naturally infusing the bourbon taste and aroma. Our process takes time and dedication, we never rush because great coffee should never be rushed.
