This coffee could be it's own character in a nostalgia story; a big brooding fellow sitting in a leather chair and smoking a cigar.  To say this coffee has body, is an understatement, this coffee has more body than a 1975 Buick Electra, but pairs perfectly with a nice nutty character in the front end.  Finish it with a little raw cocoa and this makes a create single origin Espresso.
